Discs and drinks

Val and I celebrated her 25th birthday by embarking upon a roadtrip to Eureka, California, to see a band called Starboard Morning play in an Irish Brewpub. The place was also a Victorian Inn, so we got a wonderful room and therefore had a short trip up the stairs to crash instead of being out on the roads on St. Patrick's Day.

Ryan, Noah and Scott came along on this trip, too. They got their own rooms, though :-) We played at two wonderful disc golf courses, one decent one, one crappy one and looked at the best disc golf course any of us had ever seen. The course, the Redwood Curtain, is located in a Redwood forest a stone's throw from Humbolt State University. It was closed until May, unfortunately, but we got a good look at the place and will definitely be going back.

The mighty Google, which provides my e-mail and blog software, also has photo software called Picasa. You can view my online photo album here. Included: Spencer Butte hike, last weekend's roadtrip. Not included: Hilarious drunken photos of my friends that would not have been taken had they been sober enough to stop me. I'd include these photos but they'd destroy my camera.
